By accessing or using Automail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Automail allows users to create and send personalized emails using data from Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Notion. We store your email address and track the number of emails you send for analytics.

3. Google Integration

Our service integrates with Google services to function properly. By using Automail, you authorize us to:

  • Request authentication through your Google account
  • Access Google Sheets or Drive documents you provide
  • Send emails through your Gmail account based on your instructions

We do not store your Google credentials or document contents.

4. Notion Integration

We access only Notion pages you explicitly share. No Notion data is stored after your session ends.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity under your account
  • Having the right to use and share any data uploaded to Automail
  • Following laws regarding email communications and anti-spam regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Automail to:

  • Send spam or unauthorized ads
  • Harass or harm others
  • Impersonate individuals
  • Violate laws or regulations

7. Data Storage and Privacy

We store only your email address and usage count for analytics. We do not store your email content, contacts, or uploaded files.

8. Intellectual Property

Automail and its original content are owned by Automail and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violating these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Automail is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Please review periodically for changes.
