  • Notion: Accessed with your authorization. No Notion data is stored after your session.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

  • Authenticate your identity via Google
  • Track usage metrics (e.g., email count)
  • Access document content during your session for personalization

All other processing occurs in your browser and is cleared when your session ends.

5. Data Security

We secure stored data using industry-standard practices. Document content is never stored. All external API communication is encrypted using TLS 1.2+.

You may revoke Automail’s access via your Google Account settings at any time. To request deletion of your stored email or usage data, please contact us.
